本试剂盒采用GOD-POD偶联比色法测定乳糖含量。乳糖经β-半乳糖苷酶水解生成葡萄糖，葡萄糖在GOD-POD催化下与显色剂反应生成粉红色产物，于510 nm处有最大吸收峰。通过差值法（水解后总糖扣除样品中原有游离葡萄糖）校正背景，即可定量计算乳糖含量。
This kit employs the GOD-POD coupled colorimetric method for the determination of lactose content. Lactose is hydrolyzed by β-galactosidase to generate glucose, which then reacts with a chromogenic reagent under the catalysis of GOD-POD to form a pink product with a maximum absorption peak at 510 nm. By using the difference method (total sugar after hydrolysis minus the pre-existing free glucose in the sample) to correct the background, the lactose content can be quantitatively calculated.
