概述
LS405 Azide是一种蓝色荧光染料，在铜(I)催化下可以与炔类发生加成反应。它的光谱与Pacific Blue染料相近，两者具有相近的荧光强度，但LS405 Azide 光稳定性更强，由于LS405 Azide较窄的发射峰，很少有硬光溢出至绿光通道，因此在多色检测时LS405 Azide是一种较好的选择。

Product introduction：
Ls405 azide is a blfluorescent dye, which can react with alkynes under the catalysis of copper (I). Its spectrum is similar to that of Pacific bldye, which has similar fluorescence intensity, but ls405 azide has stronger photostability. Because ls405 azide has a narrow emission peak, few hard light spills over to the green light channel, so ls405 azide is a better choice in multicolor detection.

Matters needing attention：
1. the excitation and emission wavelengths of fluorescent dyes will be affected by solvents.
