概述
LS SE (or NHS ester)是我司生产的具有氨基反应活性的一类荧光染料。该类染料的SE基团可以与氨基基团反应生产稳定的酰胺键。相比于市面上其他同类染料，LS是稳定性更强、水溶性更好、荧光强度更优的新一代荧光染料。效能等同于CF®405M Dye。
注意事项：
1. 荧光染料激发与发射波长会受到溶剂的影响，使用不同溶剂，则激发与发射波长可能会发生变化。 2. 标记的蛋白如需长期储存，推荐加入5-10 mg/mL BSA和0.01-0.03% NaN3，以防止蛋白变性和微生物滋生。放置于4℃避光保存。若加入了终浓度为50%的甘油，可放-20℃保存。可稳定保存一年以上。 3. 操作过程注意避光，搅拌速度应适当以避免产生气泡。 4. 层析柱装柱时，尽量使柱体均匀，柱面平整，无气泡、裂隙。 5. 上样时注意，当柱顶缓冲液与凝胶平面相切时再加样品，洗脱时，当样品走至与凝胶平面相切时再加洗脱液。 6. 影响标记效率的其他因素还包括：温度、反应时间、pH、荧光染料与蛋白的量等，需注意控制。 7. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套。

LSSE (or NHS ester) is a type of fluorescent dye produced by our company with amino reaction activity. The SE group of this type of dye can react with the amino group to produce stable amide bonds. Compared to other similar dyes on the market, LS is a new generation fluorescent dye with stronger stability, better water solubility, and better fluorescence intensity. Efficiency equivalent to CF ® 405M Dye.
Matters needing attention：
1. The excitation and emission wavelengths of fluorescent dyes are affected by solvents, and different solvents may cause changes in the excitation and emission wavelengths.
If the labeled protein needs to be stored for a long time, it is recommended to add 5-10 mg/mL BSA and 0.01-0.03% NaN3 to prevent protein denaturation and microbial growth. Store at 4 ℃ away from light. If glycerol with a final concentration of 50% is added, it can be stored at -20 ℃. Can be stably stored for more than one year.
3. During the operation, pay attention to avoiding light, and the stirring speed should be appropriate to avoid the generation of bubbles.
When installing the chromatography column, try to make the column body uniform, the column surface flat, and free of bubbles and cracks.
5. When loading samples, add samples when the column top buffer is tangent to the gel plane, and add eluent when the sample is tangent to the gel plane.
6. Other factors that affect labeling efficiency include temperature, reaction time pH、 The amount of fluorescent dyes and proteins should be carefully controlled.
