概述
产品介绍：
6×DNA 上样缓冲液含有两种示踪染料，溴酚蓝和二甲苯青 FF。在 1%琼脂糖凝胶电泳中，溴酚蓝可与~300bp 片段共同迁移, 二甲苯青 FF 可与~4000bp 片段共同迁移。
注意事项：
1. 在电泳过程中，如果发现染料的颜色过浅，影响观察结果。可将1份6×DNA上样缓冲液加到2～5份DNA样品中，混匀后，电泳，不影响结果。
2. 为了您的自身安全，使用试剂前，请做好防护，如穿实验服，戴手套等。
使用说明：
1. 在 37°C 下，使 6×DNA 上样缓冲液融化；
2. 轻轻涡旋，确保溶液的混合均匀；
3. 将 1 份 6×DNA 上样缓冲液加到 5 份 DNA 样品中；
4. 充分混匀；
5. 上样后进行电泳。
Product Introduction:
The 6 × DNA loading buffer contains two tracer dyes, bromophenol blue and xylene blue FF. In 1% agarose gel electrophoresis, bromophenol blue could migrate with~300bp fragment, and xylene green FF could migrate with~4000bp fragment.
Precautions：
1. During the electrophoresis process, if the color of the dye is found to be too light, it will affect the observation results. One 6 × DNA loading buffer can be added to 2-5 DNA samples, mixed well, and subjected to electrophoresis without affecting the results.
2. For your own safety, please take protective measures such as wearing lab coats and gloves before using the reagents.
Instructions for Use：
1. Melt the 6 × DNA loading buffer at 37 ° C;
2. Gently swirl to ensure even mixing of the solution;
3. Add 1 portion of 6x DNA loading buffer to 5 portions of DNA samples;
4. Mix thoroughly;
5. Perform electrophoresis after sample loading.
