摘要
Eight compounds, including three mevalonic acid derivatives ( 1 - 3 ), one flavonoid ( 4 ), and four substituted benzene-ring derivatives ( 5 – 8 ), were isolated from the fermentation of an endophytic fungus Cladosporium sp. ZLM-6 derived from Suaeda salsa (Linn.) Pall. Compounds 1 – 4 and 6 – 8 were identified from the genus Cladosporium for the first time. Their antimicrobial activities in vitro showed that compound 4 possessed good inhibitory activity against both Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli , with MIC values of 5 and 10 μg/mL, respectively. Additionally, compound 4 showed moderate inhibitory activity against four different vibrios with MIC values of 35 μg/mL. The chemical diversity of the genus Cladosporium was further expanded, and moreover the significance of all compounds in chemotaxonomy was also discussed briefly in this work.
