摘要
Composite of magnetic materials with two-dimensional semiconductor Mxene is a common way to design electromagnetic wave absorbing (EWA) materials, but the lack of three-dimensional (3D) structure limits its application. Here, we will select one-dimensional Co 3 O 4 chains with mild magnetic permeability to assemble with two-dimensional Ti 3 C 2 T x MXene lamellae and coat the Co 3 O 4 /Ti 3 C 2 T x MXene composite on the surface of modified melamine foam skeleton by vacuum impregnation method. The melamine foam skeleton provides good mechanical properties for the composite wave-absorbing mention and contributes to the construction of Ti 3 C 2 T x MXene conductive network. The results show that Co 3 O 4 /Ti 3 C 2 T x /MF exhibits the minimum reflection loss (RL) intensity value of −51.31 dB at 2.4 mm matching thickness and achieves the maximum effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) of 6.96 GHz at 2.3 mm matching thickness. The present work provides the feasibility for the preparation of highly efficient Ti 3 C 2 T x MXene-based absorbers under low filling.
