摘要
Copper/carbon (Cu/C) hybrids with two-dimensional (2D) dendritic-like structure were successfully synthesized by a one-pot biological hydrothermal method with biomass as the reducing agent, capping agent, and template. By hydrothermal carbonization, the graphitic carbon is in-situ coated on the surface of nano copper to obtain a new type of 2D Cu/C materials. This method was facile, green, tunable and scalable. The influential factors on the morphology and carbon content of as-prepared hybrids were investigated, and possible growth mechanism was proposed. The as-prepared Cu/C hybrid materials exhibited a smallest thickness of 2.5 nm, with a radius-to-thickness ratio as high as 10 3 . Benefiting from the typical 2D structure and graphitic carbon coating layer, Cu/C hybrids exhibited excellent oxidation resistance and electrical conductivity , thus having great potential as a conductive adhesive filler used in the field of flexible electronics.
