摘要
The novel binary metal oxide cerium molybdate (Ce 2 Mo 3 O 13 ) as a promising strategy can be combined with MWCNTs for the development of ultrasensitive sensors. Herein, a pod-like Ce 2 Mo 3 O 13 was prepared, characterized, and used to construct a molecularly imprinted sensor (MIPs) for detection of ponceau 4 R as low as to nanomolar concentration. The results demonstrate that the electrochemical response at the specific hybridized electrode of MIPs/Ce 2 Mo 3 O 13 -MWCNTs/GCE is stronger than non-molecularly imprinted ones (NIPs). It indicates a synergistic effect resulting from the hybridized Ce 2 Mo 3 O 13 -MWCNTs combination and modification to the electrode. Under optimal conditions, the calibration curve is in the range of 10 nmol L −1 to 1 μmol L −1 , with a limit of detection of 7 nmol L −1 for ponceau 4 R determination. The excellent sensitivity, reproducibility, and selectivity of the new sensor provide an accurate and facile avenue for ultrasensitive ponceau 4 R detection in different samples.
