摘要

Multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT)/thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber (TPU) nanofiber films were manufactured by an electrospinning method with MWCNT of 10 %, 12.5 %, and 15 %. TPU was used as the matrix body, while MWCNT were used as the conductive materials . It is shown that MWCNT have a hollow tubular structure. In addition, with the increase in the amount of MWCNT, the thermal weight loss of the fiber film decreased gradually. The electrical conductivity became increasingly better, and the thermal and sensing properties changed. Considering all aspects of performance, MWCNT/TPU nanofiber film with the MWCNT mass fraction of 12.5 % was selected for human motion and pressure detection. The MWCNT/TPU nanofiber film has the properties of high sensitivity, wide monitoring range, rapid responsiveness and excellent stability. It might have potential applications in human motion detection, pressure detection and intelligent wearability.
