摘要
The evolution of preparation methodology is critical for the development of new porous organic polymers (POPs) and their applications. Based on the polymerization mechanism elucidated in our previous reports (Zhu, T. T., et al., Green Chem. 2019, 21, 2326;Zhu, T. T., et al., Green Chem. 2020, 22, 7003), self-cross-linkable monomers were produced in situ using a “two-in-one” monomer bridge: maleic anhydride (MA), double bonds were formed via an imidization reaction between an acid anhydride group and an amino/isocyanate group, while networks were further formed through sequential cross-linking reactions among self-condensable monomers. Similarly, replacing MA with 4-ethynylphthalic anhydride (EPAH), POPs with expected structures and high surface area (Max = 1212 m2/g) could be accomplished within only 2 h, demonstrating the versatile and expandable characters of this improved domino polymerization methodology. In this study, a novel, efficient, and versatile domino polymerization strategy for POP preparation in one pot was proposed. Moreover, by direct thermal transformation of M-POP-P without activation, a porous carbon material (CM-POP-P) can be easily obtained, which exhibits a similar performance to the other nitrogen-doped carbon supercapacitors that need activation.
