摘要
Morphology control is a challenging subject in preparing monocrystalline 1D perovskite structures due to high symmetry of their crystal structure. Herein, we employed K 2 Ti 6 O 13 as the precursor and demonstrated its effectiveness in synthesizing the PX-PbTiO 3 nanowires, which could be transformed into monocrystalline perovskite-type PbTiO 3 nanowires by facile heat treatment in air. We studied the impact of hydrothermal reaction parameters such as temperature, reaction duration and surfactant concentration on the phase and morphology of the products. It was shown that the employment of a proper concentration of PVA was necessary to the formation of high-quality PX-PT nanowires. Based on the results of control experiments, a possible mechanism for the formation of PX-PT nanowires was proposed.
