摘要
Myoglobin (Mb) imprinted polymer was synthesized via electrochemically mediated atom transfer radical polymerization (eATRP) catalyzed by Mb on the surface of Au electrode which had been modified with three-dimensional foam graphene (3DG). The electrode modified with protein imprinted polymers (Au/3DG/PIPs) was examined by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Furthermore, the Au/3DG/PIPs electrode was used as electrochemical biosensor and to determine Mb by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Under the optimal conditions, the experimental results showed highly selectivity with linear relationships from 1.0 × 10−10 to 1.0 × 10−1 mg·L−1, and a limit of detection of 1.10 × 10−11 mg·L−1 (S/N = 3). Compared with similar sensors, the broader linear range and lower detection limit suggested the promising prospect of this biosensor.
