摘要
All-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskites have attracted a lot of attention as the promising optoelectronic materials because of their excellent and controllable optical and electric properties. The photoluminescence (PL) properties of undoped and Ce3+ doped CsPbCl3 quantum dots (QDs) at different temperatures were studied. The peak wavelength, the intensity of the PL spectra and the full width of half maximum of host QDs emissions present monotonous changes corresponding to the variation of temperature in the range from 22 to 62 °C. Doping with Ce3+ leads to another photoluminescence peak arising from Ce3+ emission. The introduction of Ce3+ ions changed the host QDs emission properties and temperature-dependent characteristics. With the temperature increasing, the emission of host QDs decreased sharply while the emission of Ce3+ decreased slowly. The florescence intensity ratio between the emission intensities of CsPbCl3 QDs and Ce3+ were calculated to obtain the maximal values of absolute and relative sensitivities of CsPbCl3:Ce3+ QDs. The results show the potential use of the CsPbCl3 QDs doped with Ce3+ for luminescent thermometers.
