摘要
Graphical A stacked bilayer of phenyl-grafted graphene oxide (P-GO) and a donor material with high hole-transfer mobility is induced as interfacial bilayer in OPV cells between the active materials and anode. Single-layer P-GO acts as interfacial material and the donor material as a partition layer. This interfacial bilayer can minimize exciton quenching and inverse current, thus increasing J sc , which significantly improves the performance of OPV cells. A solution-processable interfacial bilayer is found to be able to significantly increase a short-circuit current and thus the overall performance of bulk heterojunction organic photovoltaic cells. The interfacial bilayer is comprised of surface-modified single-layer graphene oxide and a donor polymer. The use of the interfacial bilayer can minimize exciton quenching and inverse current and does not alter the energy level of photovoltaic devices, which is also applicable to other organic optoelectronic diode devices.
