摘要
Herein, a novel electrode material (NiFe-PBA@MXene-fibers) has been prepared by introducing a homemade one-dimensional (1D) MXene-fiber combined with NiFe-Prussian blue analogue (NiFe-PBA) for the construction of a non-enzymatic glucose sensor. The unique fiber mesh spatial structure of 1D MXene-fibers is utilized to restrain the agglomeration of NiFe-PBA. Meanwhile, the effect of 1D MXene-fibers on the sensing performance of NiFe-PBA has been researched. The electrochemical study results illustrate that the NiFe-PBA@MXene-fibers/GCE presents a good response to glucose, indicating a fast response time (∼1 s), high sensitivity (926.68 μA cm −2 mM −1 ), and wide detection range (0.015–8.09 mM). Analyses by SEM, TEM, etc. reveal that the good sensing performance of NiFe-PBA@MXene-fibers/GCE benefits from the high conductivity and large specific surface area of 1D MXene-fibers, as well as the synergistic effect between 1D MXene-fibers and NiFe-PBA. And the recovery of the sensor achieves 98.7 %–103.5 % for actual human saliva. In a word, the NiFe-PBA@MXene-fibers, as a novel electrode material, contributes significantly to the development of advanced and efficient non-enzymatic glucose sensors.
