摘要
In recent years, excessive use of petroleum resources is one of the culprits behind environmental pollution and the greenhouse effect. CO 2 , functioning as a sustainable resource within the carbon cycle, can be converted into high-value-added products. Bio-based raw materials are increasingly being valued due to their advantages of being able to replace harmful materials and promote sustainable green development. The synthesis of non-isocyanate polyurethanes(NIPUs) which use cyclic carbonate as raw material is an effective way to achieve carbon sequestration. Herein, the. NIPUs adhesive was synthesized from glycerol triglycidyl ether, CO 2, bio-based diamine Priamine 1074 extracted from vegetable oil and Diethylenetriamine(DETA) by a relatively green synthesis route. The synthetic NIPU(5 %) adhesive exhibits a good wet bonding strength of 1.44 MPa, showing a relative increase of 17.3 % compared to NIPU(0 %) as well as low-temperature resistance performance. This study provides a new idea for enhancing bonding performance of bio-based NIPUs adhesives through high density hydrogen bonds by controlling the hard segment and special soft segment content as well as expanding bio-based NIPUs’ applications in adhesive industries.
