摘要
The quest for sustainable energy storage solutions has led to the development asymmetric supercapacitors (ASCs) that promise high specific power and energy. However, the challenge lies in synthesizing electrode materials that can meet these demands while maintaining stability. Herein, we introduce a paradigm-shifting approach by harnessing the power of direct ink writing (DIW) 3D printing to fabricate SiOC/Bi 2 O 3 nanocomposites for ASCs. Through a facile hydrothermal synthesis, we prepared SiOC/Bi 2 O 3 nanocomposites that, when 3D printed (3DP), delivered an impressive energy density of 98.2 Wh/kg and a power density of 882.4 W/kg at 1 A/g. These ASCs exhibited remarkable cyclic stability, retaining 95.55 % of their capacitance after 5,000 cycles. The synergy between the high surface area of DIW-printed SiOC/Bi 2 O 3 and its capacitive properties satisfies the high-voltage profile requirement and enhances both specific power and energy. Our study paves the way for a new generation of ASCs with superior electrochemical performance, offering a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution to the future of energy storage. This work stands at the forefront of merging advanced material science with cutting-edge manufacturing techniques, showcasing the potential of 3D printing to revolutionize the energy storage landscape.
