摘要

Carbon monoxide (CO), as a characteristic gas of transformer faults, its accurate detection is crucial for the stable operation of power systems . In this paper, a high-precision CO sensor based on MOF-derived nickel oxide/tin dioxide ( MOF-NiO/SnO 2 ) capable of operating at room temperature was prepared. Characterization results show that lamellar MOF-derived NiO with large specific surface area can be used as an attachment platform for SnO 2 nanoparticles , which contributes to the formation of heterojunctions and the realization of high-performance synergies. This allows the sensor to exhibit excellent response values for CO gas sensing (5.48 @100 ppm CO gas), low detection limits (1 ppm CO gas) and fast response/recovery times (56/4 s @ 100 ppm CO gas). The porous structure , large specific surface area of MOF-derived NiO and formation of NiO/SnO 2 heterojunction realizes high performance CO gas detection at room temperature.
