摘要

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a common fluorine-containing compound that can effectively reduce the aggregation of aluminum (Al) powder. However, the Al@PVDF system suffers from low energy density and low combustion intensity. To address these issues, it was modified with PVDF and titanium carbide (TiC) by using an anti-solvent method. The effects of different proportions of PVDF and TiC on the combustion properties of Al powder were studied. There is a synergistic effect between TiC and PVDF in improving the combustion performance of Al powder. Replacing a small amount of PVDF in Al@PVDF with TiC can not only reduce its ignition delay and agglomeration size, but also enhance the combustion performance because TiC predominates in reacting with Al 2 O 3 , which reduces the PVDF consumption and improves the reaction between PVDF and Al.
