摘要

Flexible pressure sensors play a vital role in advancing wearable electronics by enabling precise health monitoring, human-machine interfaces, and environmental sensing. MXene-based piezoresistive sensors have garnered significant attention due to their exceptional electromechanical properties. However, enhancing their performance and ensuring environmental sustainability simultaneously still remain critical challenge. In this study, we prepared hydroxyl-rich deacetylated cellulose acetate (DCA) fibers and attached MXene to the surface to form a three-dimensionally interconnected conductive network. Taking advantage of the typical micromorphology and in turn the high electrical conductivity modulation, the resulting MXene/DCA (MDCA) flexible sensors exhibited exceptionally high sensitivity (54.62 kPa–1), excellent linearity in the range of 0–40 kPa (R2 = 0.998), fast response/recovery time (154/125 ms), and outstanding long-term durability over 10 000 compression cycles at 12.37 kPa without significant degradation. This study offers promising insights into the development of high-performance, environmentally friendly piezoresistive sensors.
