摘要
Supercapacitors , as being brilliant electrochemical energy storage devices, have been searching for emerging high-performance electrode materials. Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) have become a promising energy storage material because of their high porosity, designed molecular structure and excellent stability. Here, solvothermal synthesis method is applied to coat rGO with triphenylamine-based COFs (TPA-COFs), and Ni 12 P 5 is grown on them in-situ low-temperature phosphating to prepare a ternary composite material (rGO@COFs-Ni 12 P 5 ). The optimal rGO@COFs-Ni 12 P 5 has a high specific capacitance of 1078 F g −1 at a current density of 1 A g −1 . Furthermore, the asymmetric supercapacitor (ASC) assembled with rGO@COFs-Ni 12 P 5 //activated carbon (AC) has a specific capacitance of 134 F g −1 at 1 A g −1 current density. The capacitance retention of 87.6 % after 5000 cycles demonstrates excellent cycling stability. An excellent energy density of 41.88 Wh kg −1 is demonstrated at a power density of 750 W kg −1 . Therefore, the rGO@COFs-Ni 12 P 5 has the potential to be a high-performance supercapacitor energy storage material.
