摘要
Phase change materials, as ideal materials for efficient utilization of thermal energy, have always been highly regarded. However, their widespread application is hindered by the difficulty of preservation during thermal energy storage. The use of packaging materials to realize the reasonable storage of phase change materials has always been the focus of researchers' attention. However, because the packaging materials are not environmentally friendly and the production process is cumbersome, which restricts their development. Therefore, this study starts from the packaging materials themselves, uses wood widely existing in nature as the source of packaging materials, skillfully uses the three-dimensional framework of the wood itself to increase its internal pore structure by removing lignin, and uses the hydrogen bonding force of internal pores and capillary force of pores after wood delignification to add thermal conductive particles CNT to the wood gas gel skeleton and carbonize to increase the thermal conductivity of the packaging materials themselves. After carbonization, air plasma treatment obtains the wood gas gel carbon skeleton with free hydroxyl groups on its surface and phase changes. The force to form hydrogen bonds between hydroxyl groups contained in PEG Makes the surface bonding tighter, reduces the diffuse reflection of light, and increases the photothermal conversion efficiency of composite phase change materials. The thermal conductivity of the obtained composite phase change material is 2.12 times higher than that of pure PEG. The maximum packaging rate of the wooden aerogel carbon skeleton as the packaging material is 96 %. The highest photothermal conversion efficiency can reach 86 % through the solar light simulation device and has a reliable photothermal conversion efficiency after multiple cycles.
