摘要
For realizing friction reduction and wear resistance across a wide temperature range, this study proposes a novel interface structure combining micro-arc oxidation (MAO) coatings on titanium alloy with MoSe 2 nanoparticles. Focus on investigating the tribological behavior of this structure across a wide temperature range (RT–500 °C) and its response to temperature. Through detailed characterization, the friction-reducing and lubricating mechanisms during wear were elucidated. The results demonstrate that this structure consistently exhibits friction reduction and lubrication capabilities, with low-shear MoSe 2 particles and molybdenum oxides enhancing the micro-pocket structure. This research provides valuable insights for developing integrated self-lubricating interfaces and improving the high-temperature tribological performance of MAO coatings.
