摘要
In this study, an innovative method for preparing biochar aimed at enhancing the QuEChERS pesticide residue analysis pretreatment technology was developed. The method is ecofriendly and cost-effective. A microporous biochar with a high specific surface area (351.43 m²·g −1 ) was successfully produced using corn stover as the raw material. The preparation process involved sodium hypochlorite delignification, hydrothermal pyrolysis, and slow pyrolysis. This biochar effectively removes pigments and lipids from chrysanthemum extracts, and its three-dimensional structure offers additional adsorption sites for planar compounds and sulfonylurea pesticides. The cost for preparing biochar is approximately 0.5 USD/g, which is significantly lower than that of traditional GCB, offering substantial advantages in both cost and environmental sustainability. The biochar developed in this study not only provides an efficient and economical material for pesticide residue analysis pretreatment but also contributes significantly to the advancement and application of ecofriendly pesticide residue detection technologies.
