摘要

High-performance UV-curable modified acrylated epoxidized soybean oil (AESO) was synthesized by reacting glycerol dimethacrylate with succinic anhydride to obtain monocarboxylic intermediate (GSA) and then reacting with the epoxide group of epoxidized soybean oil by using GSA. The effect of the degree of modification of GSA on the performance of AESO was investigated. The results indicated that as the modification degree of GSA increased, the overall performance of the modified resin coating initially improved, reaching its optimum at a 75 % GSA modification degree (AESO-75 %GSA). FT-IR, 1 H NMR, and GPC were used to characterize the structure and molecular weight of the modified AESO-75 %GSA. Additionally, compared with AESO, the tensile strength of the AESO-75 %GSA cured coating film was increased from 1.2 MPa to 14.4 MPa, and the elasticity modulus was increased from 19.7 MPa to 646.4 MPa, both of which exceeded the literature-reported values of the modified AESO. Moreover, the cross-linking density was also significantly increased from 2.34 × 10 3 mol/m 3 to 13.19 × 10 3 mol/m 3 . In addition, AESO-75 %GSA successfully printed exquisite samples in a laser cladding deposition (LCD) 3D printer with 5 s/slice. The results provided theoretical guidance for the preparation of high-performance AESO.
