摘要
In this study, Ti 4 O 7 /PrFeO 3 particle electrodes were effectively synthesized through a sol-gel combined pyrolysis method and utilized as particle catalysts within an innovative 3D photo-electrochemical reactor (3D-PEC) to evaluate their efficacy in degrading yellow drugs present in mineral processing wastewater. The morphology, bonding characteristics, and crystalline phase composition of the Ti 4 O 7 /PrFeO 3 particle electrode were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The findings indicated that titanium suboxide was effectively integrated onto praseodymium ferrite, resulting in a Ti 4 O 7 /PrFeO 3 particle electrode exhibiting a hierarchical pore structure, substantial dimensions, reduced photoluminescence (PL) intensity, a wealth of active sites, and enhanced photoelectrocatalytic efficiency. At a dosage of 0.25 g/L, with an initial concentration of 50 mg/L, a starting pH of 7, an electrolyte concentration of 0.2 mol/L, a light intensity of 0.68 × 10 5 lux, and a 3 cm electrode distance. the degradation rate of the yellow drug achieved 98.90%, and the removal of COD and TOC reached 85.45% and 81.63%, respectively. The experimental findings indicate that the Ti 4 O 7 /PrFeO 3 particle electrode has good stability, exhibits excellent photoelectrocatalytic performance, and efficiently degrades wastewater containing the yellow drug.
