摘要

As an integral component of physiological monitoring platforms, epidermal sensors hold broad application prospects in the medical field. Nevertheless, ensuring outstanding mechanical properties and electrical conductivity while maintaining stability under diverse physiological conditions remains a formidable challenge. In this study, a self-healing physiological monitoring epidermal sensor featuring an adaptive adhesion function and a dual conductance path design was developed. This innovative design enables the sensor to automatically adjust its performance under different physiological conditions, thereby adapting to the dynamic changes on the skin surface. The self-healing function guarantees that the sensor regains functionality within 10 min after minor damage. The design of the double conductive path enhances the stability and accuracy of the signal, with the impedance at each frequency being less than 2*10 3  Ω, providing more accurate data for physiological monitoring. Additionally, the sensor exhibits excellent biocompatibility and anti-fatigue properties. Moreover, with the assistance of deep learning technology, a motion recognition system for this epidermal sensing device is designed to accurately identify human movement behavior. This work demonstrates the potential of an efficient sensing system and an intelligent recognition system to be utilized in potentially transformative flexible wearables.
