摘要
The widespread use of antibiotics in agriculture and livestock has resulted in the accumulation of environmental residues, raising significant global concerns. Consequently, the development of efficient and selective methods for detecting and isolating these compounds has become a major area of scientific focus. In response to this challenge, we present a photo-magnetic dual responsive molecularly imprinted polymer (DR-MIPs) as a novel and effective solution for the selective detection of sulfamerazine (SMZ). By utilizing the photoisomerization reaction, DR-MIPs enable reversible adsorption and release of SMZ under alternating irradiation of 365 nm and 430 nm, exhibiting excellent adsorption capacity (0.094 mmolL −1 ), high selectivity, and repeatability. Characterization using BET, FTIR, and other techniques confirmed the favorable physicochemical properties of the material, such as its microporous structure and photoresponsive behavior. This work offers a practical technical approach for the efficient separation and detection of SMZ, paving the way for broader applications of modern analytical chemistry techniques.
