摘要
ABSTRACT In recent years, all inorganic CsPbX 3 (X = F, Cl, Br, and I) perovskite quantum dots (QDs) have garnered increasing attention for their exceptional optical properties. However, the commercialization of CsPbX 3 is hampered by poor environmental stability and lead toxicity. Fortunately, the strategy of incorporating CsPbX 3 into microcrystalline glass effectively addresses this issue. Notably, CsPbF 3 demonstrates improved phase stability and a unique electronic structure, making its exploration crucial for various applications. In this study, we synthesized CsPbF 3 QDs-in-glass (QiG) and Tb 3+ -doped CsPbF 3 QDs-in-glasses (QiGs) using melt quenching and in-situ growth methods. The CsPbF 3 QiG exhibits intrinsic photoluminescence with the main peak in the ultraviolet range, while Tb 3+ -doped glasses show co-emission of CsPbF 3 QDs and Tb 3+ , allowing tunable colors by adjusting Tb 3+ content. We systematically studied and evaluated the application of Tb 3+ -doped CsPbF 3 QiG as an optical temperature sensor. Importantly, the glass sample demonstrates high stability, including good thermal stability, superior high-temperature resistance, and moisture stability. This work significantly contributes to the exploration of the optical properties of CsPbF 3 QiG, providing new insights into its future applications in diverse optical-related fields.
