摘要
Protecting people's public safety has been the focus of long-term attention. Improving the comprehensive properties of matrix materials is of great significance for chemical protection, but there is still a gap in research in this field. In this paper, a covalent organic framework (COF) is constructed using Benzene-1,3,5-tricarbaldehyde (TFB) and 2,3'-dimethyl-[1,1'-biphenyl] (BD(Me)2) as building units, and the TFB- BD(Me)2 COF was synthesized in Nomex nonwovens (NW) by room temperature-assisted conversion method. Based on the chemical protection mechanism, the prepared composite fabrics have unique acid-base, high hydrophobic properties, and excellent chemical stability. At the same time, composite fabrics with good thermal stability, flame retardancy, and strength have achieved chemical protection in multiple scenarios. Overall, the simple and efficient preparation method makes composite fabrics competitive in chemical protective materials. At the same time, the use of COF as a reinforcing material effectively broadens the application of COF in chemical protection and lays a foundation for the exploration of COF in other fields.
