摘要
Non–enzymatic glucose sensors have gained significant attention as promising alternatives to address the limitations associated with enzyme–based sensors. Numerous non–enzymatic glucose sensors have demonstrated effective, non–invasive blood glucose monitoring through the analysis of human body fluids such as urine, saliva, and sweat. In this study, Cu 2 O/Ag nanowires (NWs) nanocomposites were in situ fabricated as electrode materials for non–enzymatic glucose sensors. To enhance the electrocatalytic performance, Cu 2 O/Ag NWs nanocomposites with a distinctive pepero–shaped morphology were synthesized using varied copper precursor ratios, facilitating a systematic investigation of Cu 2 O content on glucose detection. The results reveal that the CA–2 electrode material exhibits outstanding electrocatalytic performance for glucose detection, with sensitivity ranges of 10–100 nM and 1 μM–1 mM, achieving sensitivities of 22,099 and 1474 μA mM −1 cm −2 , respectively, and a detection limit of 3.29 nM. Additionally, this material has shown high efficiency in detecting glucose in urine, highlighting its excellent detection capabilities.
