摘要
Conventional design for the electromagnetic absorbing material often struggles to balance the structural stability and electromagnetic loss. Interfacial regulation is key to reconciling structural stability and electromagnetic absorption. Thus, it is proposed in this paper to construct carbonized polyaniline coated SiC hybrids. Dense interfacial layers are introduced to achieve enhanced thermostable electromagnetic absorptions. Whether the hybrids maintain stable electromagnetic absorption after aging through calcination were investigated. The C-PANi/SiC exhibits significantly boosted electromagnetic absorption with the optimal reflection loss reached −43.70 dB at 4.40 GHz. Furthermore, C-PANi/SiC demonstrates excellent thermal stability, and the optimal reflection loss of C-PANi/SiC-3 h maintains −50.58 dB with broaden effective absorption bandwidth of 4.76 GHz under the thickness of 1.8 mm. The confined orientation of C-PANi on SiC and strong interfacial hybridizations are found out critical to the synergistically improvement in thermostable electromagnetic absorption. This work provides guidance to developing novel multi-functional electromagnetic absorbing materials.
