摘要
Hospital wastewater poses significant public health risks due to the presence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria and other pathogens. Herein, a positively charged GO/ MoS 2 @PEI (GMP) nanozyme for ecofriendly, low energy consumption and low systemic toxicity were synthesized. The positive surface potential of GMP enhances the adsorption of anionic lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and lipoteichoic acid (LTA) present on bacterial membranes, thereby improving bacterial capture and interaction with the antibacterial agent. Under visible light (VL) illumination from a common fluorescent lamp, the GMP nanozyme shows a synergistic photocatalytic effect, achieving 100 % antibacterial efficiency against both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) experiments confirmed the pivotal role of superoxide radicals (•O 2 − ) and hydroxyl radicals (•OH) in the bacterial inactivation process. This work provides innovative synergistic strategy for constructing nanomaterials for highly efficient biofouling control in hospital wastewater.
