摘要
The overuse of ornidazole (ODZ) can cause imbalances in thehuman microbiome system and lead to the emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Therefore, developing sensitive and rapid methods for detecting ODZ has been of concern. In this article, metal organic framework-derived cobalt-supported nitrogen-doped carbon nanocages (Co@CN-CNTs) were prepared for sensitive electrochemical detection of ODZ. Electrodes prepared using Co@CN-CNTs (Co@CN-CNTs/GCE) had good electrochemical current response to ODZ and exhibited a wide detection range for ODZ, from 60 nM to 45 μM, with a low limit of detection (LOD) of 6.7 nM. The sensor showed excellent performance toward detecting ODZ, with recovery rates ranging from 96.36% to 104.00% when detecting tap water, river water and fruit samples. Moreover, the sensor also presented satisfactory repeatability and excellent selectivity towards ODZ by minimizing the risk of false positives or interferences from other compounds. Overall, the Co@CN-CNTs/GCE sensor provided a low cost and rapid method for detection of ODZ in environmental samples.
