摘要
HVDC GIS cable terminals, where the cable connects to gas insulated switchgears, are particularly vulnerable to breakdown caused by factors such as high temperature, lack of pressure, space charge accumulation, and material degradation. This study explores stabilizing silicone oil coating, by incorporating benzene derivatives. The paper proposes the use of quantum chemical calculations (QCC) to identify suitable additives that can optimize the performance of silicone oil. By enhancing the dielectric properties and thermal stability of silicone oil, this research seeks to reduce interface discharge and increase the longevity and reliability of high-voltage cable terminals.
