摘要

Graphical The enantioselective analysis of levamisole hydrochloride was achieved by a synergic electrochemiluminescence (ECL) system, in which a chiral macrocycle CycHemiQ[6] was employed as the recognition host, and the emitter of HemiQ[6]-based CQDs in the electrolyte provided high sensitivity and selectivity. A chiral macrocycle, cyclohexylhemicucurbit[6]uril (CycHemiQ[6]), is employed as the recognition host, to construct a chiral electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sensor system, with the emitter of hemicucurbituril-based carbon quantum dots (CQDs) and the co-reactant of Na 2 S 2 O 8 for the detection of levamisole hydrochloride ( L -LV), a drug with immunomodulatory and anticancer activities. The host–guest interaction between the chiral macrocycle and the guest molecule L -LV is considered to achieve high selectivity and high sensitivity detection of L -LV. The detection limit of 0.0075 µM is achieved in the linear range of 0.01–10 µM. The system exhibits strong anti-interference ability to other small molecules, with good stability, reproducibility, and recoveries. The established method provides an effective approach for monitoring L -LV drug residues, which could prevent adverse effects such as hematotoxicity and granulocytopenia caused by excessive accumulation.
