摘要

The management of high-viscosity crude oil leaks has become an environmental problem due to the fluid characteristics, and common adsorption materials are difficult to cope with. Based on the photothermal viscosity reduction technology, a superhydrophobic melamine composite sponge (OTS/CuS@CuFe-MOF/MS) with synergistic functions of magnetic control drive, photothermal conversion, and organic dye catalysis was prepared. The adsorbent material was prepared by loading core–shell structured CuS@CuFe-MOF and modifying octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) on melamine sponge as the substrate, showing excellent hydrophobic properties (WCA = 157.4°) and a stable oil–water separation efficiency of 98.9 % (20 cycles). Based on the photothermal synergistic effect of CuS@CuFe-MOF, OTS/CuS@CuFe-MOF/MS achieved a rapid temperature rise of 112.5 °C under 8.95 kW/m 2 light irradiation, and the pump oil adsorption amount increased significantly from 31.61 g/g to 57.02 g/g (an increase of 80.3 %). Additionally, the modified sponge had both photo-Fenton catalytic ability and could simultaneously purify oily wastewater. This multifunctional sponge provides an efficient and environmentally friendly solution for the magnetic control recovery of high-viscosity crude oil, and has important application value in the fields of environmental remediation and industrial cleaning.
