摘要
Fabric-based infrared stealth composite materials have both thermal insulation performance and low emissivity characteristics, and are suitable for fields such as infrared camouflage and thermal management. Therefore, this study innovatively designed a multi-layer structure fabric-based composite material that combines efficient infrared reflection and excellent heat insulation performance. Through the wet spinning and hot-pressing combined process, the functionalized MXene coating was combined with the SiO 2 aerogel microsphere (SiO 2 M)/gel fiber insulation layer, achieving a "surface low emissivity-internal high insulation" synergistic protection mechanism. A continuous and dense MXene low emissivity functional layer was constructed on the fabric surface. By adjusting the concentration of MXene, its emissivity in the 8–14 μm infrared wavelength range was reduced to 0.282, while maintaining excellent conductivity (surface resistance < 10 Ω/sq). The innovative design of the insulation system of SiO 2 M and gel fibers network was achieved. The aerogel microspheres effectively inhibit heat conduction through their nano-porous structure, while the gel fiber network hinders air convection. The combination of the two enhances the material's insulation performance (thermal conductivity = 0.04651 W/(m·K)). At a heating temperature of 70 °C, the thickness of the fabric is 1.263 mm, achieving a temperature difference effect of 11 °C. After adding SiO 2 M, the thermal insulation temperature difference increased by 5.8 °C. In sum, when heated to 70 °C, the radiation temperature only shows 43.4 °C, which means that the intensity of the infrared signal is significantly reduced. Therefore, this multi-layer structure fabric composite material provides some novel new ideas for related applications.
