摘要
A metal-organic framework material (MOF) ZIF-67 has proven to be an efficient metal-based catalyst by solution method. In this paper, the MOF composite nanofiber film was obtained by electrostatic spinning MOF and polyacrylonitrile (PAN). MOF composite nanofiber films which have controllable morphology were achieved by regulating process parameters, including electrospinning voltage, spinning liquid concentration, flow rate and blending ratio. The optimal process parameters were determined as follows: PAN concentration 10 wt%; PAN/ZIF-67 blending ratio 1:1; Voltage 8 kV; Flow rate 0.3 mL·h -1 and collective distance 18 cm. The fabricated films were well characterized using FTIR,XRD,XPS,SEM,WCA,BET,EPR and HPLC. The findings demonstrated that the PAN/ZIF-67 has a porous surface morphology. The catalytic degradation test showed that the composite nanofibers have excellent catalytic performance, which fully degraded twice the mass of methylene blue (MB) in 30 min. PAN/ZIF-67/PMS (mass ratio 1:1) which catalytic degraded the same mass of BPA need only 7 min. The PAN/ZIF-67 displayed outstanding recyclability, whose catalytic degradation ability, fracture strength and fracture elongation rate almost remained stable after the cyclic application. Additionally, the catalytic degradation mechanism of PAN/ZIF-67 was investigated and the result exhibited that the existence of SO 4 · - 、 OH - and 1 O 2 multi components catalyzed the degradation of MB/BPA. In particular, 1 O 2 has been identified as the primary active matter within the catalytic system. Simple fabrication, excellent catalytic degradation, and reusability enabled the prepared PAN/ZIF-67 to be highly promising for practical use in environmental protection.
