摘要
The solubility of dyes in supercritical carbon dioxide (ScCO 2 ) is a critical parameter in their processing. This study focuses on triazine-based reactive disperse dyes. Their solubility in supercritical carbon dioxide was determined using the static weighing method. The measurement pressure range was 11-23 MPa, and the temperature range was 343.15-383.15 K. The experimental data were analyzed using multiple models. These models included density-based semi-empirical models (Chrastil, MST, Bartle, K-J, and SS) and state equation models (SRK and PR). Compared to the state equation method, the semi-empirical model method does not require the acquisition of complex physical parameters of the solute and exhibits superior correlation performance. The results indicate that the K-J model provides the best prediction accuracy for experimental data, with AARD% values of 3.18, 3.60, and 3.76, respectively. These findings provide critical solubility data and thermodynamic insights for the rational selection of carbon dioxide supercritical fluid dyes, dye structure design, and operational parameters for textile dyeing processes.
