摘要
Ceramic nanofibers offer high surface area, strength, and thermal stability but limited stress tolerance, restricting partitioning. We developed a highly curved YSZ nanofiber sponge (“Turb-YSZ”) via turbulent spinning, where high-speed eddy fields induce complex bending for enhanced mechanical support/flexibility/stress dispersion. Turb-YSZ achieved ultralow thermal conductivity (31.2 ± 0.8 mW/(m·K)), 31.3 % below conventional sponge, and optimal plasma/serum separation, reducing hemoglobin to 75 mg/dL, demonstrating promise for integrated thermal insulation/bio-separation in extreme/portable settings.
