摘要
The quest for advanced luminescent materials with high quantum yields and excellent stability is essential for the development of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). In this context, we present a novel zero-dimensional (0D) organic-inorganic hybrid metal halides (OIHMHs), (4-BTP) 2 ZnBr 4 :Mn 2+ , which exhibits dual emission characteristics. The material achieves a photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of 87.6 % under 365 nm excitation, indicating its high radiative efficiency. Furthermore, it demonstrates remarkable water resistance, maintaining its photoluminescence (PL) performance after two months of immersion in water, and excellent thermal stability up to 325 °C. Importantly, the successful incorporation of Mn 2+ ions into the (4-BTP) 2 ZnBr 4 matrix allows for tunable emission from blue-violet to green, depending on the excitation wavelength and Mn 2+ concentration. A stable white light emission in LED with a color rendering index (CRI) of 88 and correlated color temperature (CCT) of 6757 K has been obtained with the phosphor (4-BTP) 2 ZnBr 4 :Mn 2+ . This work contributes to the fundamental understanding of energy transfer mechanisms in hybrid materials.
