摘要
Treatment of o -carborane with n -butyllithium, sulfur and CpCo(CO)I 2 in CH 2 Cl 2 at room temperature gives the half-sandwich 16e carborane complex CpCo[S 2 C 2 B 10 H 10 ], which reacts with PPh 2 Me, PPhMe 2 , PMe 3 to afford addition products CpCo[S 2 C 2 B 10 H 10 ]PPh 2 Me ( I ), CpCo[S 2 C 2 B 10 H 10 ]PPhMe 2 ( II ), CpCo[S 2 C 2 B 10 H 10 ]PMe 3 ( III ), respectively. I , II and III have been characterized by IR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, 11 B NMR, elemental analysis, mass spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis (CIF files CCDC nos. 2394909 ( I ), 2394910 ( II ), and 2394908 ( III )).
