摘要
Fiber solar cells present a promising power solution for wearable electronics, while fiber quantum dot-sensitized solar cells (FQDSCs) with adjustable light absorption range show great potential to efficiently harvest solar energy. However, due to the inherent difficulty in preparing high-quality active layers and enabling compact and stable interfaces on high-curvature fibers, efficient FQDSC remains unavailable. Here, a hybrid photoanode is designed by incorporating TiO 2 nanoparticle film into aligned TiO 2 nanotube arrays on a Ti wire and a hybrid counter electrode by wrapping a carbon nanotube sheet covered with Cu 2 S nanosheets on another Ti wire. The resulting FQDSC realizes sufficient light harvesting, rapid charge transport, and high structural stability, achieving a record power conversion efficiency of 11.05% that is maintained by over 90% after 1000 cycles of deformation. These FQDSCs are further integrated with fiber batteries into textiles and power a smart life-saving vest for real-time health monitoring and emergency response.
