摘要
A series of solid-solution phosphors Ba 3 Sb 1- y Ta y Ga 3 Si 2 O 14 :Bi 3+ (0.0 ≤ y ≤ 1.0) were created using the high-temperature solid-state reaction. The crystal structure of Ba 3 Sb 1- y Ta y Ga 3 Si 2 O 14 belongs to trigonal crystal system with space group P321 (150) . The Rietveld refinements indicate that the Bi 3+ ions occupy the Ba 2+ sites. Ba 3 Sb 1- y Ta y Ga 3 Si 2 O 14 :0.03Bi 3+ has tunable luminescence property peaking from 531 to 492 nm as the Sb 5+ ions are gradually replaced by Ta 5+ ions, which are correlated with the crystal field strength variation causing by the substitution of Sb 5+ by Ta 5+ . The thermal stability of the emission at 423 K was improved from 5.4 to 49.9 %. When the obtained Ba 3 SbGa 3 Si 2 O 14 :0.03Bi 3+ /Ba 3 SbGa 3 Si 2 O 14 :0.03Bi 3+ ,0.015Eu 3+ was used as green light component, white LED devices were achieved with low CCT of 4613/4748 K and high Ra of 90.9/95.5. Moreover, multicolor luminescence was constructed by introducing red-emitting Eu³⁺ ions to create Ba 3 SbGa 3 Si 2 O 14 :0.03Bi 3+ ,0.015Eu 3+ and Ba 3 TaGa 3 Si 2 O 14 :0.03Bi 3+ ,0.015Eu 3+ phosphors. Under different excitation conditions, the multicolor emissions provide multi-modal and easily distinguishable anti-counterfeiting patterns. Our work demonstrates the feasible construct of tunable emission from Bi 3+ -doped solid-solution phosphors, providing a valuable candidate for diverse optical applications.
