摘要
Different structures and morphologies of organic materials exhibited distinct optoelectronic properties, making it crucial to optimize the structure and morphology of these materials for achieving high-performance optoelectronic devices. Here, a simple physical vapor deposition method was successfully employed to fabricate uniformly-sized sheet-like lead phthalocyanine (PbPc) in two different scales (micron and nano). Both types of PbPc underwent changes in crystal structure, containing multiple components that affected optoelectronic performance. Subsequent optoelectronic tests revealed that PbPc nanosheets and microsheets each demonstrated unique advantages. PbPc nanosheets exhibited the highest responsivity, reaching 7.91 × 10 2 times that of the raw materials at a 0.5 V bias. Conversely, the responsivity of PbPc microsheets increased to 20.4 times that of the raw materials, accompanied by a rise time of 153.84 ms and a fall time of 246.75 ms, demonstrating rapid response capabilities. This paper significantly enhances the diverse optoelectronic properties of PbPc through a simple approach, providing a new strategy for developing high-responsivity organic photodetectors and fast-response organic photodetectors.
