摘要

The paper presents the fabrication of chessboard-structured (CF x ) n /CaF 2 /C–ZrO 2 /TiO 2 lubricant-hard alternate coatings by electrospray mask in-situ forming technique. The influence of the coating's structure and components on microstructure, film-substrate adhesion strength, and reciprocating wear performance were studied. The results showed that the chessboard structure of the hard coating had a high surface energy of 83.45 mJ/m 2 , which enhanced the adhesion of the lubricant coating. The addition of graphite (C) improved the uniformity, thermal stability, and lubrication of the (CF x ) n /CaF 2 lubricant coating. Within the 25–600 °C temperature range, the chessboard-textured (CF x ) n /CaF 2 /C–ZrO 2 /TiO 2 lubricant-hard alternate coating all exhibited low friction coefficients, which attributed to the synergistic effect between chessboard structure and coating material.
