摘要
This study aims to efficiently process Spent Cathode Carbon Blocks (SCCB) to achieve resource reutilization. The results indicate that simple detoxification treatments can effectively reduce the concentrations of soluble fluorides and cyanides in SCCB leachate, meeting wastewater discharge standards. Furthermore, modifying SCCB with a nano-SiO 2 composite polydopamine (PDA) and polyhexamethylene guanidine (PHMG) co-deposition coating can promote cement hydration, significantly enhancing the mechanical properties and anti-algae performance of cement mortar. This study hopes to provide a feasible route for the resource reutilization of SCCB, as well as a novel research approach for the development of special cements.
