摘要
3D-printed monolithic catalysts have garnered significant attention in wastewater treatment due to their structural flexibility and mass transfer control. However, catalyst stability remains a critical challenge for peroxymonosulfate (PMS) activation processes. In this study, a random forest model was employed to investigate the stability and optimize the selection of bimetallic (Fe and Ni) active components. FeNi 3 alloy was synthesized on 3D-printed monoliths by electrodeposition, achieving excellent stability. The 3DE-FeNi monolithic catalyst exhibited excellent performance, achieving a 98.6% conversion of OFX by PMS activation. Numerical simulations and experimental characterizations were used to explore the mass transfer mechanisms. This study provides an effective strategy for precisely manufacturing structured catalysts with high catalytic stability, which can be applied to a range of chemical reactions.
