摘要
Due to the high level of near-surface ozone pollution, catalytic technology has become an important research direction in the field of ozone removal. Layered double hydroxides catalysts have become a hot spot in current research due to their unique mechanism of action. In this study, a nickel–iron layered double hydroxide (NiFe-LDH-A-T) catalyst with multiple acidic sites and flaked structure was developed by an alcohol treatment followed by roasting process, which exhibited superior ozone decomposition activity under high humidity and high weight-space–time velocity (WHSV) conditions. The results showed that the catalytic decomposition efficiency of NiFe-LDH-A-T for 100 ppm ozone was still as high as 90 % at RH = 80 % and SV = 1000 L/g/h. At the same time, this study analyzed the morphological structure of NiFe-LDH-A-T and the structure- activity relationship of its high activity was constructed by combining XRD, TEM, SEM, XPS, and FT-IR characterization. On this basis, the mechanism of the acidic sites in NiFe-LDH-A-T in the ozone decomposition process was revealed. This experiment provides a new idea for studying ozone decomposition catalysts and a new possible way to solve the problem of near-surface ozone pollution.
